- Steadfast International - specialists in the distibution of high quality factual programming for UK and international broadcasters
- Proactive – leaders in the creation and distribution of sports programming, working alongside sporting organisations and international sporting events
- Apace Music – music compilation specialists producing CDs for the UK and international market
- Apace Rights – ownership and exploitation of music publishing rights
Eastern European Broadcasting
Apace Media is a 50% owner of the Balkan Media Group (BMG), a joint venture with Modern Times Group (MTG), the international entertainment and broadcasting group (www.mtg.se). The company controls six television channels in the Balkans – five in Bulgaria and one in Macedonia. In addition BMG also operates cinema, home entertainment distribution, music production and internet activities.
- Diema – Three channels offering news, movies, family viewing and top sporting action.
- MM Televizia - A Bulgarian music channel: distributed via satellite and cable.
- ERA TV – Macedonian terrestrial & satellite channel showing local news, sport and current affairs, arts education, entertainment and children’s’ programming.
